Phase 1:  18,600 SF of office/retail space in the James Ave Pumping Station Building. 100% leased.  Spring 2018 occupancy.  

Phase 2:  28 high end rental apartments on Waterfront Drive available September 1, 2020. 

Phase 3: 65 rental apartments.  Summer 2022 occupancy.
