The Pump House – Mixed-use phased development on Waterfront Drive in The East Exchange District in Downtown Winnipeg.  Recipient of the 2018 Canadian Architect Award of Merit.  

Phase 1:  Restoration and renovation in the James Ave Pumping Station Building into office and retail. Leased and occupied.  

Phase 2:  28 high end rental apartments on Waterfront Drive. Completed. 

Phase 3: 65 rental apartments.  Spring 2023 occupancy.
